A WORD FROM PASTOR BRYAN PACE

We are glad you've come here today to join us in worshipping Jesus Christ.

Our fellowship started in August, 1989, when a group of 15 people came together with a progressive vision to become a source of the life-giving flow of the Holy Spirit. They dedicated themselves and their resources to establish the River Of Life Tabernacle.

During that first year, Apostles Lee and Shirley Pace imparted the vision of "Building the Church of Tomorrow, Today - A great multi-racial, multi-cultural church!". As the congregation began to grow, it indeed became just that - a church for all people regardless of man-made barriers.

Response to the anointing that God placed on the "vision" encouraged us to acknowledge that this church would be a work that God would do His way; tearing down religious traditions. We understood that through the Holy Spirit, we would let God build the House, and our responsibility would be to allow Him to make "Provision for the Vision!"

Today we continue to experience growth! The "Body of Christ" that assembles at the River Of Life is functioning as a healthy body - united in support of the church's Vision as we extend our many hands to the community around us. We are continually blessed by God with many new converts who become committed followers of Jesus Christ. As a result, we see many water baptisms and Holy Spirit baptisms, plus an outpouring of the gifts of the Holy Spirit.

We are moving into our finest hour. The release of God's anointing throughout the earth must increase and will be demonstrated with signs, wonders, and miracles. These will all take place in each church which is willing to say "Yes" to the Lord Jesus Christ. The River Of Life rises to this appointment, and says "Yes!" we desire to work side by side with others who are committed to respond to Habakkuk 2:2 - "Write the vision and make it plain, that he may run that readeth it".

MISSION STATEMENT
The mission of the River Of Life Tabernacle, Inc. is through celebration to bring people to Jesus and into fellowship in and with His family, learning about Christianity as they develop to Christ-like maturity. Also to equip them for living their lives as they pursue their ministry in the church and in the world, constantly conducting outreach in order to magnify God's name and fulfill the Great Commission, which is the commandment of our Lord Jesus Christ.

VISION STATEMENT
To be a house of worship for all people without prejudice, regardless of social status, ethnicity, successes, or failures.
To be a place of acceptance, healing, and celebration.
Providing opportunity to enjoy and be involved in true Christ-led ministry.
Learning, growing, and maturing into what God, according to His Word, has planned for us.
Affecting ourselves, our families, our communities, and our world.

HISTORY
The River Of Life Tabernacle, inc. was founded in August of 1989. The congregation held worship services at 7040 S. 40th St., Phoenix, Arizona until December 1993 when they moved to a 65,000 square foot building at 4039 E. Raymond St. Ministries of the Church include a Day Care Center, Bible Study and Discipleship classes, Ministering Arts Training, Choir, Prayer services, 12-Step Ministry, Outreach programs, Children's Church, and various other programs. In 1998, the River Of Life closed their academy and started leasing the building for the use of a charter school.
The River Of Life is equipped with a multi-talented and able staff. Leadership and Departmental Heads oversee groups which include, but are not limited to Platform Presentations, Praise and Worship, Ministering Arts, Drama, Audio/Video Technical Productions and Publications, Theological and Academic Education, and programs for Children and Youth. The Church has its own audio and video recording studio which produces professional quality products.
