Children’s Ministry is more than childcare; it’s our opportunity to invest in the hearts and lives of children. We’re focused on joining with parents, helping kids understand God’s amazing love and the larger-than-life plan He has for them. Your children will enjoy a safe, relevant, inspiring program that’s tailored just for them, while you enjoy the main service. We offer interactive and dynamic classes for all ages, from newborn through elementary school. Our staff and volunteers are professional and energetic, and they love spending time with kids. We’re committed to making your child’s time at the River the highlight of their week.
During our Celebration Service, all of the children are served breakfast, have their own time of praise and worship together and as soon as that is over, they will separate into their age-specific groups as listed below. During their class, they will participate with arts & crafts, skits and Bible story time as well as interacting with other children.
Childcare is avaiable in Room 133 for all children ages 0-12 during the 9:00 a.m. First Word Bible Study.
Check-in begins at 8:50 a.m. and Check-out is at 9:45 a.m.

(Infants and toddlers ages 5 and under meet in Rooms 132 and 136.)
(Children ages 6-12 meet in the Fellowship Hall)
10:00-10:20 a.m. Breakfast Is Served
10:20-10:45 a.m. Praise and Worship
10:45-11:30 a.m. Video Lesson/Small Classes
11:30-11:45 p.m. Prayer Time/Q&A/Check-Out
Parents are encouraged to pick up their children immediately following the service.
